Safari Itinerary

Day 01: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at Jaden Hotel in Arusha town, proceed to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drives with picnic lunches, later proceed to Crater Rim View Inn Karatu (Karatu village) near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight.

Day 02: Lake Manyara National Park

Proceed to Lake Manyara for a full day game drives with picnic lunch boxes, later proceed to Crater Rim View Inn Karatu (Karatu village) near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Serengeti National Park

Depart for Serengeti National Park via Oldupai Gorge and shifting Sands, game drive en-route. Overnight at Serengeti Seronera Wildlife Lodge.

Day 04: Serengeti National Park

Full day in Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Overnight at Serengeti Seronera Wildlife Lodge

Day 05: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Early morning game drives. Depart for Ngorongoro Crater rim with en-route game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Tortilis Tented Camp.

Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast descend to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a half day game drives, in the afternoon ascend to the crater rim, and proceed back to Moshi/Arusha town.

Recommended Tipping Amounts for Safari Trips:

Safari Guide: $20–$30 per day per group.

Safari Cook: $20–$30 per day per group (if on a camping safari trip)

For instance, if four travelers are on Kilimanjaro, each person could contribute $5.00 per day to make a one day tip for the driver-guide.
